Dutch Gregory Schwartz: Owner and CEO, Trinity Horse Farm
Dear Timberline: I want to thank Timberline for successfully dealing with rather unique and difficult obstacles in the construction and completion of Trinity Horse Farms indoor riding arena. Montgomery County, Maryland prides itself on strict and extreme permitting service requirements that heavily scrutinized all reported/permitted construction in the County. It was remarkable to discover your greatest compliments were from inspectors and the County’s required third part civil engineer inspectors. You have a qualified fan club here that looks at building construction everyday. They were amazed at the quality, attention to detail, and strength of the structure that has now taken Trinity from part-time seasonal, to full time year round business operations. Apparently, if there is a book to be written on “How to Do Things Right,” Timberline should be chapter one. I concur.
I received 3 quotes on building this structure. Timberline was well below the other 2 competing bids. Your construction time from start to finish was less than 3 weeks, which was important for my business to avoid interruption and revenue loss. I actually only suffered down time from the business during the truss installation which lasted about 5 hours. Timberline was professional, courteous and worked clean. You made my life and job easy and the end product is a wonderful indoor riding arena, admired by all. I’d be happy to show off your talents to prospective clients – I’m only a phone call away. Nate, Chris, Dominic and Timberline, best wishes and thank you.
